30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all featured-listing purchases (one-time boosts and monthly subscriptions). If you're not satisfied with your purchase you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and search for your order using the email you paid with. You'll be able to view invoices, cancel subscriptions, and open a refund request from there. You may also contact our support team and we will help arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.
Recurring subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly featured subscription at any time from your account or from the Paddle billing portal. After cancellation your tool remains featured until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to a normal listing. No further charges are made.
