1. Who you are contracting with

The TopAI directory (the "Service") is operated by Lim Han Kiat ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you enter into a contract with Lim Han Kiat.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

3. What we provide

A community-ranked directory where users can browse, upvote, and submit AI tools. Optional paid features ("Featured listings") let submitters pin their tool to the top of the directory for a period of time.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to contract, or have permission from your organisation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to defraud, spam, or harass others;
• submit tools that infringe intellectual property or contain malware or illegal content;
• probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
• manipulate votes, rankings, or reviews (including with bots or paid vote farms).

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, its software, branding, and content we produce. You retain rights to the content you submit but grant us a limited licence to host, display, and promote it as part of operating the Service.

7. Payment terms — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Featured listing plans: a one-time 7-day boost, and a monthly recurring plan billed each month until cancelled. Recurring plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your access ends; you may request an export of your submitted content within a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be brought before the courts of Singapore.
